1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Signtifiq ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Signtifiq is an AI-powered document scanning application that uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to analyze documents and provide plain-language summaries and risk assessments. The App is available on Android via Google Play.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may use the App as a guest for limited functionality. To save and sync your scan history, you must create an account using your email address or Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Free Tier and Pro Version

The free tier of Signtifiq includes 4 document scans per calendar month and displays advertisements. The Pro version is available as a one-time purchase and provides:

• Unlimited document scans
• No advertisements
• Scan history backup

The Pro purchase is non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Scan documents you do not have the right to access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm other users or third parties
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Signtifiq. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The content of your scanned documents remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signtifiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: decisions made based on AI-generated summaries, data loss, or inability to access the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro version in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Signtifiq available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. AI analysis depends on third-party APIs and may occasionally be unavailable.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the App. Upon termination, your scan history will be deleted. Pro purchase status cannot be transferred to another account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
